Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The Full Build can be split into two payments — 50% to start, 50% at delivery. The Academy operates on month-to-month subscriptions with no lock-in. For larger enterprise engagements, we can structure custom payment terms.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a full money-back guarantee on automation builds. If your system isn't delivered on spec and on time, you get a full refund — no exceptions. Academy subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; unused time is not refunded but you retain access through the end of the billing period.
How do I know which tier fits me?
The easiest way: book a free 30-minute discovery call. We walk through your goals, your current operations, and your bottlenecks — then recommend the tier that fits. No upsell pressure. If a Strategy Day is enough for now, we'll say so.
Are there any setup fees or add-ons I should know about?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We don't bolt on "platform fees," "tech fees," or surprise integrations. If your build requires third-party software that carries its own subscription (like a CRM or email tool), we disclose those costs upfront in the proposal.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed through PayPal at paypal.me/blackline9. Each tier has a pre-filled link — clients click, pay the exact amount, and they're done. Monthly retainers require a manual payment each cycle (we send a reminder 2 days before each renewal).
