We stand behind every build with a money-back guarantee. If we fail to deliver your system on the timeline and to the specifications agreed in your engagement contract, you receive a full refund. No fine print. No exceptions.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the missed delivery date. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.
The Strategy Day is non-refundable once delivered, but the full $1,250 is credited toward any subsequent build engagement.
Retainers can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. You retain access through the end of the paid period. Partial-month refunds are not provided.
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the spec defined in your engagement contract, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll review the concern, identify gaps, and either remediate or refund — whichever fits the situation.
