Black Line offers AI automation services for businesses, including: Strategy Day (one-day audit and roadmap), Full Build (end-to-end AI system design and deployment), and Monthly Retainer (ongoing automation team and maintenance). Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are detailed in your individual engagement agreement.
Payments are processed via PayPal. Monthly retainers require manual payment each billing cycle (we send a reminder 2 days before renewal). One-time fees are non-refundable except as covered by our money-back guarantee on automation builds (see the Refund Policy for full details).
